At Tavern Shop, we are pleased to offer shipping within Lebanon for all of our products. We offer free delivery for orders within our selected area. For orders outside of our selected area, shipping rates will be calculated based on your location.
Selected Area: Our selected area for free delivery includes Beirut areas, Batroun Area, Jbeil areas & Kaslik & Jounieh area. If your location is within our selected area, your shipping cost will be free.
Shipping Rates: For orders outside of our selected area, shipping rates will be calculated based on your location. You will see the shipping cost during the checkout process before you submit your order.
Delivery Time: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver your order within 2 days.
Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 2 days, you will receive an email.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping charges that may occur due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Delivery Attempts: If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order, they may attempt to deliver it again or hold it at their facility for a certain period of time. If the order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for a new delivery or issue a refund for the products, excluding shipping costs.
